1. Scope and Seller Information

These Terms and Conditions govern the online sale of products marketed through the website www.poolconceptstore.it by Pool Label S.R.L. (hereinafter “Seller”).

Accessing the website and placing an order implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

These conditions apply exclusively to distance sales concluded online.

The Seller offers original branded clothing and ready-to-wear fashion items for men and women.

Product descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible. Slight differences in colors or details may occur due to screen display settings.

Product availability is subject to stock limits.

All prices are expressed in Euro (€) and include VAT unless otherwise specified.

Shipping costs, if applicable, are indicated before order confirmation.

The Seller reserves the right to change prices at any time; however, products are invoiced based on the price displayed at the time of order confirmation.

4. Order Process and Contract Conclusion

Orders placed through the website constitute a purchase proposal by the customer.

The sales contract is considered concluded only after payment confirmation and order acceptance by the Seller.

The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of product unavailability or incorrect information.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Exchange Policy

Pursuant to Articles 52 and following of Italian Consumer Code, consumers generally have the right to withdraw from distance purchases within 14 days.

However, the Seller adopts the following commercial policy:

• The store does not provide monetary refunds.

• Customers may request only a size exchange, under the following conditions:

  • request must be made within 7 days from delivery;

  • the item must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and free from signs of wear;

  • original tags must still be attached;

  • barcode must be intact and readable;

  • items with removed, damaged, or repositioned tags will not be accepted.

Failure to comply with these conditions results in automatic refusal of the exchange.

8. Exchange Shipping Costs

Shipping costs related to exchanges are entirely borne by the customer, both for returning the item and for reshipping the replacement.

9. Product Availability for Exchanges

Exchanges are possible only for the same product type and subject to stock availability.

If the requested size is unavailable, no refund is provided.

10. Liability

The Seller shall not be liable for service disruptions or delays caused by force majeure or third-party logistics providers.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

12. Modifications to Terms
