Return, Exchange and Withdrawal Information

Pool Store applies the following commercial policy regarding returns and exchanges:

❗ Monetary refunds are not provided.

Only size exchanges are permitted, subject to the following conditions:

• the exchange request must be made within 7 (seven) days from the in-store purchase date or from the delivery date of the online order;

• the item must be returned intact, unused, unwashed, and free from any signs of wear;

• the product must have the original tag still attached;

• the barcode must be clearly visible and readable;

• exchanges are not accepted for items with tags removed, damaged, or reattached in a position different from the original one.

Failure to comply with even one of the above conditions results in the automatic loss of the right to a size exchange.

Exchanges are allowed only for the same product model, subject to stock availability.

Any shipping costs related to the exchange are borne by the customer.
